Bring it to Victoria's premier Patagonia warranty service center. In-person assessment, no shipping label, no waiting on a truck — the same Ironclad Guarantee, handled where you live.
Ironclad Guarantee
Stated plainly: every Patagonia product carries this warranty, no expiration date — a jacket bought in the 1990s is still eligible today. What actually happens under it depends on why the piece failed.
- Manufacturing defect
- Repaired or replaced at no cost. A seam that split from a stitching flaw, a zipper that failed out of the box.
- Normal wear and tear
- Repaired for a fair charge — pilling, fraying, a worn-through elbow from years of real use. Still covered, just not free.
- Misuse or damage
- Not covered. A jacket cut up for a costume or run over by a car is outside Ironclad, wherever you bring it.

In July, Patagonia Victoria opened its floor for an evening with Harlan Schilling, Michelle Miller, and Tim Burkhart of the Yellowstone to Yukon Conservation Initiative and the Dena Kayeh Institute for a panel on Dene K'éh Kusān, a proposed 3-million-hectare Indigenous Protected and Conserved Area in Northwestern BC.
“Earth is now our only shareholder” isn't just a bio line here; it's why the racks get pushed aside for a projector a few nights a year — and why there's a sandwich board on the sidewalk most Tuesdays.
The store itself is independently owned and operated by Elements Inc., which also runs Patagonia Calgary, Patagonia Banff, and the Elements Outfitters locations at Willow Park in Calgary, in Edmonton, and in Tsawwassen — Western Canada's leading Patagonia and Filson dealer network, not a franchise of the brand's own corporate stores.
