Two ways to fix a torn shell.

Every Patagonia garment carries the Ironclad Guarantee. How you use it is up to you: only one of these keeps your jacket off your back for two months.

Ship to the factory

TURNAROUND: 6–8 WEEKS

Box it up, mail it to Patagonia's central repair facility, and wait. Standard process for a torn liner, a broken zipper, or a detached hood, wherever you bought it.

Drop it at 616 Yates

TURNAROUND: LOCAL

Bring it to Victoria's premier Patagonia warranty service center. In-person assessment, no shipping label, no waiting on a truck — the same Ironclad Guarantee, handled where you live.

Unfiltered, from Google

“I own quite a bit of Patagonia clothing… I find the repair process unnecessarily cumbersome. A dime-sized tear in a mesh lining still has to ship to Patagonia's central facility: same 6–8 week turnaround, whether it's a zipper or a torn liner.”

We include this review because it's real, and because it's exactly the gap a local drop-off is meant to close. Ask in store what we can assess on the spot before anything ships anywhere.

What's on the floor.

Real stock, photographed in store, not a catalog render. Selection changes with the season; call ahead if you're hunting a specific piece.

The shop hosts more than sales.

In July, Patagonia Victoria opened its floor for an evening with Harlan Schilling, Michelle Miller, and Tim Burkhart of the Yellowstone to Yukon Conservation Initiative and the Dena Kayeh Institute for a panel on Dene K'éh Kusān, a proposed 3-million-hectare Indigenous Protected and Conserved Area in Northwestern BC.

“Earth is now our only shareholder” isn't just a bio line here; it's why the racks get pushed aside for a projector a few nights a year — and why there's a sandwich board on the sidewalk most Tuesdays.
